COG
Cabin
The Grotto has a small shelter cabin
on the property of Alice Woznack and
Darrell Adkins in Pulaski County,
Kentucky for the use of COG members and
friends. The cabin has 5 bunks and a
picnic table. Outside of the cabin and a
very short distance from the cabin is a
practice-climbing tower for rope
climbing. There is plenty of room for
tents on the property.
The grotto is still welcome to
use the fieldhouse but it would
appreciated it if everyone would respect
the following guidelines:
-
Please stay on the
roadway to the fieldhouse and
park in the designated parking
area originally set aside by
Greg. Do not drive across
the field to the front of the
fieldhouse under any
circumstance
-
As always, the
fieldhouse is still open to all
COG members and their guests.
Guests should be accompanied by
a COG member when using the
facility.
-
Pat Erisman is residing
in the cabin. This is his
home, please respect his
privacy. The cabin is not
the fieldhouse and its
facilities are not available for
general use.
-
The only source of water
in the cabin is a cistern.
It is dependent upon rainfall to
refill. Please do
not get water from the cabin as
this is Pat's only supply of
water and it could run dry.
Bring your own water with you.
-
If Alice or Darrell are
not on the property, please
respect any request from Pat as
if it came from them.
